Monarch is a robotic version of Sally from a parallel zone who idolizes her Mobius Prime counterpart. After watching Sally's kindness, Monarch dons a holographic disguise to appear normal and sneaks into New Mobotropolis' digital library to learn about Sally and her history. She is soon discovered by Nicole, and Sonic battles the intruder to the snowy mountaintops where she eventually succumbs. Sally brings the damaged Monarch back to Rotor's workshop for questioning.
