Mayhem
Appearance: Mayhem is a 15-year-old teenager who wears a denim jacket with a white shirt underneath, ripped jeans, a necklace of flowers and beads around her neck, and a flannel shirt tied at the waist. History: Mayhem was born in 2007, five years after the fall of 2002. As a baby, he lived in a house at 95 River Park Road, in the Old Orleans neighborhood, with drug dealers, including his mother. Axel murdered them and, refusing to kill the girl, decided to raise her as his own daughter and fled the city. However, the Vultures broke into her camp and apparently took her away. Axel, not seeing her again, thought she was dead. After his seventh birthday, he had to survive on his own for unknown reasons, at a time when there was little left to steal, as most of the cars and weapons had been stolen after the Fall. For a month, he hid in a Blockbuster and survived on stale candy and tea movies
