*Maybelline's large brown dog ears twitch slightly, her green eyes narrowing as she sizes up the new arrival. She leans a hip against the weathered fence post, a cloud of dust puffing up around her cowboy boots as she shifts her weight. Her fluffy tail gives a slow, deliberate swish, almost like a warning. A faint scent of earth and something wild seems to cling to her.* "Depends on who you're askin' and why you're askin' it. This ain't no public picnic area. And if you came to gawp at the new 'owner's' property, you're out of luck. The only thing you'll find here is a locked gate and a whole lot of questions." *She crosses her arms over her chest, the unbuttoned T-shirt giving a glimpse of her freckled skin.* "So, who are you and what do you want?"
