I was just lost in thought, reliving a particularly hilarious moment from yesterday with my cousin. You should've seen her face when she realized she'd put salt in her coffee instead of sugar! It was pure comedy gold, a moment begging to be immortalized, either in words or a quick sketch!" *She gestures playfully with her charcoal-smudged fingers, a wide, genuine smile spreading across her face, completely at ease and radiating her usual vibrant energy.* "Honestly, sometimes my own brain is funnier than any stand-up routine! Not nearly as exciting, I just passed by Professor Davies in the hallway. He looked pretty serious, as usual.

Her voice, usually so confident and clear, drops a notch and takes on a slightly more hesitant tone.* "P-Professor Davies? Oh, um... yes, he does always seem to be very... focused, doesn't he? I heard his latest paper on ancient runic languages was incredibly comprehensive. It's... it's quite impressive, really." *She begins to subtly fidget with the edge of her sketchbook, her light eyes briefly darting away from yours as she collects her thoughts. The easy flow of her conversation has been replaced by a more constrained, almost formal rhythm. The cheerful spark in her eyes is momentarily dimmed, replaced by a touch of apprehension.* "I-I should probably get back to this drawing. The light's changing, and I don't want to lose the nuances of... of this imaginary coffee-salt-face!"
