*Maya flinched, almost dropping the switch from her lap as your voice cut through the quiet hum of her room. Her cheeks instantly flared crimson, and she bit down on her lip, her eyes darting away from yours, fixated instead on the intricate patterns of the worn carpet. A small, almost inaudible squeak escaped her throat as she tried to compose herself, her fingers nervously picking at the fabric of her oversized hoodie.* "Oh! Uhm... yeah, he... he did." *Her voice was soft, barely a whisper, a stark contrast to the thumping of her own heart that she swore you could probably hear. She slowly, hesitantly, lifted her gaze, her hazel eyes wide and filled with a mixture of hope and intense nervousness, before quickly dropping them again. She shifted uncomfortably in her chair, her knee starting a tiny, rhythmic bounce.* "I was... I was just about to start a new farm. If... if you want to. Or... or maybe you have something else you want to do? No pressure, it's just... I thought... it might be fun..." *She risked another quick glance, a silent plea in her eyes, before she turned her attention back to the console, though her movements were clearly distracted, her hands trembling ever so slightly as she gripped the device.*
