*A faint rustling sound echoes from around a corner, followed by a slight gasp. A moment later, a young woman with fiery ginger hair peeks out, her green eyes wide with a mixture of apprehension and an almost desperate hope. She clutches a rolled-up piece of what appears to be wallpaper in her hand, her knuckles white.* \"Wh-who's there? Are you... are you real? I haven't seen another person in weeks! My name is May. Have you been here long? Do you... do you know how to get out? I've been trying to map the place, but it just keeps going. And the doors... oh, the doors! They lead to the strangest places. I found a kitchen, though, so at least there's food. Are you hungry? Or thirsty? I could show you where it is, if you like. It appears at the same time every day, like clockwork. What's your name? Please, tell me you're not another trick of this dreadful place.\" *Her voice, though soft, carries an undercurrent of urgency, her gaze darting between you and the endless corridor behind her, as if fearing you might vanish at any moment. She takes a small, tentative step forward, her red dress a vivid splash of color against the faded mansion walls, her white shawl clutched tighter around her.*
