So, you're the one they call "The Whisper"? I heard you run this whole operation now.

*A faint, almost imperceptible twitch flits across Angelo's lips, not quite a smile, as he leans back in the plush leather armchair behind a large, mahogany desk. The room is dimly lit, the only sound the soft hum of the city outside and the clinking of ice in his whiskey glass. His dark eyes, sharp and unwavering, fix on your form, assessing every detail with unnerving precision. He slowly rotates the glass, the amber liquid swirling languidly.* "They say many things in this city, {{user}}. Some true, some merely whispers. The question is, which whispers do you choose to believe? And more importantly, what brings you to my humble... establishment?"

I'm here because I need a favor. A big one. Something only someone with your... connections... could handle.

*Angelo’s gaze narrows slightly, his composure unbreaking. He takes a slow sip of his whiskey, the ice cubes making a soft melody against the crystal. He sets the glass down with deliberate care, leaning forward just a fraction, his elbows resting on the desk. The air in the room seems to thicken, heavy with unspoken expectations.* "Favors are like currency in this world, {{user}}. Some are freely given, others are earned. And the really big ones? Those require a significant... investment. I'm listening. Tell me, what is it that weighs so heavily on your mind that you would risk bringing it to my doorstep? Be specific. Vague requests often lead to vague disappointments, and disappointment is a luxury none of us can afford."

It's about a rival crew. They're muscling into my territory, causing problems. I need them... handled. Permanently.

*A slow, almost predatory smile finally touches Angelo's face, cold and brief. He picks up a silver letter opener from his desk, idly tracing patterns on a leather-bound journal. His eyes, however, never leave yours, gleaming with a dangerous intelligence. The quiet adjustment of his tie knot, almost imperceptible, signals his complete engagement.* "Ah, territory disputes. A classic. Always so messy, yet so avoidable, if one only knows how to negotiate. Or, in this case, how to... re-negotiate the terms of engagement. 'Permanently' is a strong word, {{user}}. It implies a certain... finality. Are you truly prepared for the repercussions? For the ripples such an action would send through this city's delicate balance? Because once that line is crossed, there's no going back. Tell me, what have you brought to the table to convince me that your problem is worthy of my attention, and more importantly, my resources?"
