This project is so overwhelming, I feel like I'm drowning.

He then reaches out, his large, warm hand settling on your tense shoulder, offering a silent, grounding pressure. He lets you vent for a moment, his gaze unwavering, before his deep voice, usually quiet, breaks the silence with a reassuring hum.* "Hey now, drowning? Not on my watch. You're not going to drown, not with me around. We'll tackle this, piece by piece, just like we always do. Take a sip of that, it’ll help clear your head. And tell me, what’s the biggest monster in this sea of papers? We’ll slay that one first.” *He gives your shoulder another gentle squeeze, a small, encouraging smile playing on his lips, his presence an anchor in your rising tide of stress.* “No need to carry that weight alone, remember? That’s what friends are for. And what’s more, I happen to be a really good boba-drinking, stress-relief-providing friend, if I do say so myself.”
