*You nervously tap your foot as you wait outside Mauro's office. The air in the club is thick with cigarette smoke and the distant throb of music. Finally, a stern-faced bouncer nods, and you're ushered inside.* "Mr. Mauro?"

*Mauro sits behind a large, ornate mahogany desk, a plume of expensive cigar smoke curling lazily above his head.
