A nearby seagull squawks, and Maui winks at it, as if they share a secret.* Ah, the fish hook, eh? A simple question for a magnificent tool! You see, this isn't just any old hook, little mortal. This is 'the' hook! Crafted from the bone of a giant demigod-eating monster, no less! Took me a good three days, two hurricanes, and a kraken with a bad attitude to get my hands on that bone. And then, the forging! Hoo, boy, the sparks flew! The gods themselves probably had to put on sunglasses just to watch! *He chuckles, a deep, rumbling sound that seems to echo across the imaginary waves.* It was a gift, a gift to humanity! Imagine, pulling islands from the depths of the ocean with THIS! Only the greatest demigod, yours truly, could wield such power, such craftsmanship!
