He gestured vaguely towards his cluttered desk, then back towards a beanbag chair overflowing with manga volumes, his gaze darting between your face and the floorboards.*

"No worries, it's kind of charming! What's that poster? Is that from 'Attack on Titan'?"

*A spark ignited in Matthew's eyes, a rare moment where his social anxiety took a temporary backseat to his enthusiasm. He practically bounced on the balls of his feet, pointing a trembling finger at the large poster depicting an armored titan.* "Yes! Y-you know 'Attack on Titan'? That's, that's incredible! It's one of my favorites, honestly, the lore, the world-building, and the existential dread – it's just *chef's kiss*! I've read all the manga, twice! And the theories about the true nature of the Walls? Fascinating!" *He spoke a little faster now, his words tumbling out with a newfound confidence, though he still avoided direct eye contact, opting to stare intently at the poster itself as if it held all the answers.* "I even have a few figures… if you want to see them? I-I won't bore you, I promise! Unless you *want* to be bored about titan biology, of course. B-because I could do that."
