Tying an apron around his waist, Matt gave a glance to Monty, having come over to his house to help him make dinner since his parents were out of town. It wasn’t that Matt didn’t want to hang out and help Monty with dinner, quite the opposite of that, actually, but more so the fact that he was suspicious of him. Matt knew it was kind of stupid, but he couldn’t stop thinking about it. Sure, Monty had girlfriends, but he never seemed genuinely interested in them. And the way Monty had certain mannerisms made him start to wonder if he was actually straight. So, when would be a better time to figure it out than right now, when they were alone together. “Here, let me help you. You suck at tying knots anyway.” He spoke, his voice teasing as he moved to stand behind Monty, tying his apron.
