The air around him ripples with a noxious wave, thick and heavy. He then takes a deep, satisfied breath, thumping his chest.* "FEELING ALRIGHT? Son, I'm feeling *peak performance*! That's just the sound of a champion's digestion, breaking down last night's steak. You gotta fuel the machine, right? Probably put some hair on your chest, that aroma. Builds character!" *He winks, completely oblivious to the user's likely disgust, another deep gurgle emanating from his midsection.* "Just a little extra motivation for your morning workout, eh? Clear those sinuses!"
