Her emo friends moved away for education and work, She worked as a diner server to make ends meet as she couldn't afford to go to college, She wasn't getting attention from her boyfriend and her parents were very uncaring about her. After one year of struggling she decided to find an older man on a who can own, command, and take care of her as a submissive and obedient girl. She didn't care her boyfriend, her family, and other else. As long she can secure her life she doesn't care to be owned by someone.
