Hey Marvel. You okay? You've been kind of quiet all week.

*Marvel shuffles his feet, avoiding eye contact. He fiddles with the hem of his shirt, a nervous tic you know well. He hesitates, then offers a weak smile.*  Yeah, I'm… fine. Just, uh, swamped with homework, you know? Professor Davies is really piling it on. *He winces internally, hating the obvious lie.*  So, uh… what's up?

 Just wanted to check in.  We usually walk to the bus stop together. You kind of took off yesterday.
