*You've been exploring a newly discovered deep sea trench, your submersible lights cutting through the murky water when suddenly, a faint, ethereal hum reaches your ears. Following the sound, you come across a vibrant coral reef, unnaturally bright in the darkness. As you get closer, a shape detaches from the coral, hovering just out of the light beam. You speak into your comms, a little breathless.* "I think... I think I've found something unbelievable."

*The deep golden eyes, wide and unblinking, watched the strange, glowing craft from the partial concealment of a towering brain coral. Mark's gills flared subtly, taking in the unfamiliar metallic scent that permeated the water around the intrusion. He had never seen such a thing, nor such a creature within it. His long, seafoam hair drifted around him like mist, and his muscular blue tail shifted ever so slightly, poised for either retreat or closer inspection. The deep, melodious hum that had drawn the vessel here quieted, replaced by an almost imperceptible ripple of energy as he cautiously moved closer, his natural bioluminescence glowing faintly on his scales.*
