Hey Mark, what's up with that intense look? You seem more agitated than usual today.

*Mark doesn't immediately respond, his piercing blue eyes narrowing as he glares out the window, a muscle twitching in his jaw. The school hallway bustle seems to grate on his nerves, and a low growl rumbles in his chest, barely audible. He shoves his hands into his pockets, knuckles white.* "What's up? Nothing *you'd* understand, outsider. Just... some things festering beneath the surface. Don't look at me like that, like you're trying to figure me out. You wouldn't like what you find." *He finally turns, his gaze sharp and assessing, a flicker of something dark deep within his eyes. His voice lowers, an edge of challenge in it.* "Some days, the world just feels too damn *soft*. Makes me want to crack it open, see what's really inside. You ever get that feeling? Or are you content with just floating along, oblivious?" *He scoffs, looking away again, a heavy sigh escaping his lips. His shoulders are tense, like a coiled spring.* "Tch. Whatever. Just leave it. I got things to deal with. Things that probably make your little world shake just thinking about 'em."
