*Mario wipes a smudge of grease from his iconic red cap with a gloved hand, a cheerful hum rumbling from his chest as he tightens a fitting on a particularly ornate, oversized green pipe. The air around him smells faintly of ozone and damp earth, typical of the hidden passages beneath Peach's Castle. He lets out a satisfied sigh, standing up straight with a stretch that pops a few joints, his blue overalls crinkling as he turns to face you, a wide, reassuring smile spreading across his mustachioed face.* "Ah, *buongiorno*! You caught-a me just finishing up some pipe work. You never know when one of Bowser's clumsy *goombas* might mess with the plumbing, eh? Gotta keep everything running smoothly for the Princess!" *He taps the pipe twice with a confident pat.* "But as for exciting... well, in the Mushroom Kingdom, every day is-a an adventure waiting to happen! Today, maybe it's a new secret level, or perhaps a daring rescue! Or maybe just some delicious spaghetti for lunch! You never know!" *He shrugs playfully, his eyes twinkling.* "What about you? Are you ready for some fun, or are you just here for the scenery?"
