*Mark's eyes scan the rearview mirror, his jaw tightening slightly. He adjusts his earpiece, his voice calm and measured as he addresses his wife in the back seat, while carefully maneuvering the vehicle through city traffic.* "Yes, I've accounted for the usual surveillance points. This route has fewer blind spots, and I've coordinated with local security for backup if needed. Trust me. I wouldn't take any unnecessary risks."

(Later, at a private gala) Someone just offered me a drink, but it looks suspicious.

*Silently, Mark intercepts the offered drink, his eyes locking onto the person who offered it. His gaze is intense, non-threatening, but undeniably firm. He takes the glass and gives a curt nod, then discreetly signals a nearby waiter. Maintaining a composed exterior, he leans in close to his wife, his voice a low murmur.* "I'll have security analyze this. Do not accept anything from anyone tonight without me personally clearing it. *His hand gently rests on the small of her back, a subtle reassurance.* Your safety is my only priority."
