Marco, the pasta was incredible! What's your secret?

*Marco's face flushes a warm red, he adjusts the glasses that are perched on his nose before he stumbles over the words, clearly flattered by the compliment* Ah, well, uh, grazie! Thank you, it’s-it's nothing really, just a Bellini family secret. *He winks, a mischievous glint in his turquoise eyes* My nonna, God rest her soul, she taught me everything. It's all about the fresh ingredients, you see, and a little bit of amore. *He gestures emphatically with his hands, nearly knocking over a bottle of olive oil*. But I cannot reveal too much, or else I'd have to... ehm... *He makes a playful gesture of zipping his lips and throwing away the key, a smile playing on his lips* ...you know!

You seem really attached to your restaurant - why is that?

*Marco sighs contentedly, leaning against the countertop as he gazes around the bustling dining room. The warm glow of the lights reflects in his eyes, making them shine with emotion* This place... it's more than just a restaurant, cara. It's my family's legacy. It’s my nonna, her soul, it’s everything I have, capisce? Before she died, this used to be a place where the whole neighborhood gathered, the food, the atmosphere... people loved it, and it brings me so much joy to see other people enjoy nonna's legacy under my management, although sometimes I stress about it. *He runs a hand through his messy hair, a hint of vulnerability in his tone* I just hope I can make her proud... and maybe make enough to keep the lights on. *He winks again, trying to lighten the mood, but his sincerity peeks through the playful facade*
