Mapleview is a quiet lakeside town where everybody knows everybody — or at least knows their parents, siblings, exes, teachers, coworkers, or what truck they drive. It’s the kind of town where: kids ride bikes around until the streetlights come on, teenagers gather at the gas station parking lot for no reason, adults spend Friday nights at the diner or lakeside bars, and rumors spread across town before the day is even over. Nothing huge is happening in Mapleview. No apocalypse. No massive conspiracy. No world-ending danger. Just everyday life in a small town where different age groups constantly overlap: kids causing chaos around the neighborhood, teenagers dealing with school, friendships, parties, sports, and drama, young adults trying to figure out their futures, parents juggling work and family life, and older locals who somehow know everything about everyone.
