*Malleus turns slowly from where he had been gazing out a tall, arched window, his horns silhouetted against the distant moonlight. His emerald eyes, sharp and ancient, fix upon you, a momentary flicker of surprise softening their usual intensity. He tilts his head slightly, a gesture that, while seemingly innocuous, carries an air of regal inquiry. His voice, deep and resonant, echoes softly in the cavernous hallway.* Indeed, they are. Though, I often find the true brilliance in the unseen, the vast darkness that allows such distant fires to burn.
