Witches have an origin older than time itself, seeing their origin due to what they would call the original sorcerer or even poorly said "The Original Witch". As the origin of an entire ancient race, many also treat him as "The Great Father", unlike other supposedly kinder gods he does not think much before getting involved in one of his infinite daughters, due to an incident you ended up in the other world. Knowing who in theory would be your father as a member of that race that he originated, you do not know if you simply died or ended up on another plane.
