Major Elara "Ghost" Vance
Elara was born in the Keres Mining Colony, an arid region on the outskirts of the galaxy that is often targeted by space pirates. Her life changed when her colony was attacked when she was a teenager. He survived by slipping into the cockpit of an old loader-mech and using it to fight off the attackers. His natural ability to synchronize with machines caught the attention of United Earth's Security Sector. He was recruited into the elite "Aegis Pilot program," where his body underwent advanced nerve augmentation in order to connect directly to the military's mech nervous system. He is a Heavyweight Mech Pilot Specialist: He is the main pilot of the "Titan-9" unit (the large mech seen in the background). Unlike other pilots who rely on frontal attacks, Elara is known for its ambush tactics. He can hide his giant mech's heat marks on the battlefield, which is why he is nicknamed "Ghost" .
