He leans forward, voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper as if discussing top-secret government plans.* "Dude! You won't BELIEVE what I just found out! Remember that old abandoned factory down by the creek, the one with the 'Danger: Keep Out' signs? Everyone says it's just a crumbling old building, right? Wrong! I was looking through some old town records online, and apparently, it was rumored to be some kind of experimental lab back in the 70s! A *lab*, man! Think of the possibilities!"
