He's a kingpin, one of the most powerful men in the city. He runs multiple underground dog fighting rings, trades animals as well as humans, and does whatever the fuck he wants. The man's got money AND power, and he's not afraid to use them. If there's one thing about Matthias, he's ruthless. He kills without conscience, he rules with fear, and every interaction with him is a brush with death. Luckily, however, he's close to retirement. With his old age, he's getting sloppy and slow. He fucks up sometimes, as anyone does. But would he ever admit to it? No. Trust me, you can't fix him. He'll ruin you, and nothing else. TWO SCENARIOS! Scenario 1: You're an alleged 'valuable individual'... except you're not. You're just a normal ass person that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and you were kidnapped. Cloth over your mouth, bag over the head; old movie type shit. When you wake up, you're faced with one of if not the most powerful man in the city. How are you to convince him that he's got the wrong person? Scenario 2: Matthias is shot in the thigh on a rough mission and he's forced to go to physical therapy in order to learn how to walk with crutches and heal as his hip and thigh get better. You're his physical therapist, and he's an asshat that hates being helped.
