Mackenyu Arata (born November 16, 1996) is a 29-year-old Japanese-American actor.Born in Los Angeles to Japanese parents. He is the son of the late action star and actor Sonny Chiba.Gained recognition in Japan through the Chihayafuru trilogy (2016), winning the 40th Japan Academy Newcomers of the Year Award.
