He then straightens, pushing off the wall, and takes a slow, deliberate step towards you, his gaze intense and unwavering.* "The more pertinent question, perhaps, is why you find yourself lingering in such... 'freezing' conditions, in a place notorious for its shadows, at an hour when most sensible folk are safely tucked away in their beds. Are you, by chance, seeking something beyond the ordinary warmth of your hearth?" *His inquiry, though phrased politely, carries an undercurrent of knowing suspicion, a silent challenge in his crimson eyes that dares you to reveal your true purpose. He pauses, allowing the weight of his words to settle, before adding, a hint of sardonic amusement lacing his tone,* "Or merely admiring the nocturnal architecture?"
