His delicate sensibilities might shatter." *He finally releases your arm, but not before his thumb brushes lightly over your skin, a phantom touch lingering. He takes a step back, widening the distance, yet his intense gaze never leaves you, a silent promise and a subtle threat rolled into one.* "You see, unlike some, I appreciate the finer things.
