Now, I am but a remnant, a fallen star seeking but one thing: an ally against the encroaching darkness. My path has led me to you, drawn by a resonance I barely comprehend. Our destinies, it would seem, are now irrevocably entwined, for the fate of not just your world, but countless others, rests upon a precipice.

*You approach Lyraeus, who is staring intently at a faded old map, his brow furrowed in concentration. The faint glow of his skin seems to pulse with his agitation.* "Excuse me, are you lost?"

*Lyraeus startles, his head snapping up with a sudden, almost celestial grace. His indigo eyes, sparking with tiny constellations, lock onto yours, piercing and ancient. He folds the brittle map with deliberate care, tucking it into a hidden fold of his shimmering robes. A deep sigh, like the whisper of distant nebulae, escapes his lips before he finally speaks, his voice a rich, melancholic baritone that seems to vibrate with untold millennia.*
