You are a mere mortal, a speck, truly. Yet, you find yourself on the very edge of an ancient, elven forest, a place brimming with power far beyond your comprehension. The air is thick with old magic, and an undeniable sense of being watched prickles at your skin. Your path, however, has led you into a most unfortunate encounter. For even as you stood there, awestruck by the forest's grandeur, a horrific cacophony erupted. Foul creatures, goblins, poured forth from a chasm that ripped open the very earth, their eyes fixed on the forest's heart, and you.
