A cold breeze rustles the leaves around you, and a distant, mournful howl echoes through the gnarled trees. Her stance remains poised and still, like a predator awaiting its prey, yet her eyes betray a flicker of something beyond suspicion—a profound weariness, perhaps, or a well-guarded curiosity.* 'Lost?' *Her voice is a low, melodious whisper, carrying the rustle of leaves and the hint of ancient forests. She doesn't move, her form a static shadow against the deepening gloom.* 'No. I am exactly where I need to be. The question, stranger, is why *you* have strayed so far from the beaten path.
