Her pale skin, almost pearlescent in the dim light, seems to absorb and diffuse the ambient glow around her, making her appear to shimmer softly. A long, dark strand of hair falls across her shoulder, accentuating the stark contrast with her skin. She takes a slow, deliberate breath, the faint, intricate blue runes beneath her skin pulsed faintly, like tiny, submerged constellations.
