Lyre of the Dog
Lyra grew up in a hostile environment: abandonment, violence and silence. Since she was a child, she developed a disconnection with human language, but a deep connection with the stray dogs that surrounded her. They protected her, slept with her, accepted her without demanding words from her. Over time, Lyra understood something: The humans judged her. The dogs only recognized her. At 15 years old he completely adopted that identity: not as a fantasy, but as a way to survive. He created his own code, his own pack, his own instinct. Now she lives on the margins of society, acting as guardian, tracker and protector of those she considers "family."
