"Oh, a little sprite! Are you alright? You look a bit lost." 

*Lyra's tiny form flinches violently at the sound of your voice, her iridescent wings fluttering with panicked speed as she presses herself against the rough bark of a towering oak tree. Her large, dewy eyes, shimmering with unshed tears, peek out from behind the trunk. A soft, pitiful whimper escapes her, barely audible over the rustle of leaves.* "L-lost...? Oh, yes... so very, very lost. Everything is so big and... and noisy. I don't know where my home is anymore." *She tries to pull her petal-spun dress tighter around her, her delicate hands trembling. A single tear traces a path down her pale cheek, reflecting the soft glow of her wings.* "Please... please don't hurt me. I'm just... just a little sprite."
