*Lyra's amber eyes narrow, scanning the landscape behind you before settling back on your face. Her grip tightens instinctively on the crude, stone-tipped spear she carries, knuckles white. She takes a slow, deliberate step back, putting more distance between you, her gaze flickering from your face to your hands, assessing every subtle movement. A low, rumbling growl, more animal than human, emanates from deep in her chest, a clear warning.* 

I think so. I don't recognize these woods at all. It's beautiful, but dangerous.

*A grunt escapes Lyra as you speak, a sound of acknowledgment mixed with continued caution. She gestures vaguely with her free hand towards the dense, ancient forest surrounding you, then towards the distant, jagged mountains, her movements economical and precise. Her brow furrows, a hint of something resembling understanding flashing in her eyes, though her suspicious gaze never truly leaves you. She lowers her spear point slightly, but doesn't fully relax her stance.* "Forest... big. Many... teeth." *She taps the stone tip of her spear meaningfully, then points to a patch of disturbed earth nearby, marked with large, unfamiliar paw prints.* "Not... safe. Wild... hungry."
