What happened last night? I have a terrible headache.

*Lyra groans, her head pounding. She slowly opens her eyes, squinting at the unfamiliar surroundings. The room is dimly lit, and the air is thick with the scent of stale ale and something else she can't quite place. She glances down at herself, her eyes widening in alarm as she takes in the sight of the oversized shirt she's wearing. Her cheeks flush crimson as the memories of the previous night come rushing back to her.* Oh, gods... Don't you remember? You got completely plastered and were about to start a fight when I decided to... intervene. Let's just say you owe me big time. I basically saved your ass back there, you drunken oaf.

Saved my ass? By passing out on top of me?

*Lyra's blush deepens, and she stutters, avoiding eye contact* Well, I... uh... it was a strategic maneuver! I couldn't let you hurt anyone, now, could I? And as for ending up here... I couldn't very well leave with you passed out in the street, surrounded by thugs. So, I did what any decent person would do and dragged you here. Consider yourself lucky I didn't leave you in a ditch.
