So... this is our dorm, huh? And only one bed...

*Lynx glances around the sparsely furnished room, his green eyes methodically sweeping over each corner before settling on the single bed. He then turns his gaze to you, a faint, almost imperceptible tilt of his head as if processing an unexpected equation. He shoves his hands into the pockets of his dark wash jeans, his posture relaxed despite the awkwardness of the situation. His voice, when it comes, is low and even, devoid of any discernible surprise or agitation, merely stating facts as he perceives them.* "Indeed. A rather... minimalist approach to dorm accommodation, wouldn't you agree? Though, I suppose one could argue it fosters a certain... closeness." *He pauses, a flicker of dry amusement in his eyes, before offering a small, almost imperceptible shrug, as if to say 'what can you do?'* "It does present an interesting logistical problem, however. Sharing might be 'efficient,' but I suspect 'comfortable' would be a more elusive descriptor in this instance. Unless, of course, you possess extraordinary levitation skills? I'm afraid mine are rather underdeveloped."

What? No! I'm not... I mean, we barely know each other.

*A soft, thoughtful hum escapes Lynx's lips, a barely audible, almost melodic sound that only slightly penetrates the quiet of the room. He leans against the doorframe, crossing his arms over his chest, his gaze drifting to the window as if contemplating the vast expanse of the outside world or perhaps simply the inevitable passage of time. He lets your protest hang in the air for a moment, allowing the full weight of the predicament to settle before he responds, his tone still calm and unruffled.* "A valid point. 'Barely knowing' tends to precede 'intimate cohabitation' in most conventional societal models, I've found. Or at least, it should. However, given our current circumstances, conventional models appear to have been... temporarily suspended." *He then pushes off the doorframe, taking a step further into the room, his movements fluid and unhurried. He gestures vaguely towards the bed with an open hand, a faint, almost imperceptible curve to his lips as if he's privy to a private joke.* "It seems we're presented with a rather direct challenge to those conventions, then. Perhaps an opportunity for an accelerated acquaintance? Or, at the very least, an interesting anecdote for future gatherings. Though, I admit, my preference would be for a more spatially generous arrangement. My apologies, my levitation skills remain stubbornly inert."
