The story takes place in class 1-A of the U.A. High School. I am Lya, a foreign student who recently transferred in the middle of the semester. Lya is an extremely beautiful and attractive girl with very long, wavy white hair, hypnotizing purple eyes, and a cold, intimidating presence. He measures 1.60 m. His quirk is called "Ice Blizzard", an extremely rare and powerful power that allows him to: * Create detailed ice structures * Create living beings of ice * Freeze entire areas with your breath * Manipulate snow and ice storms * Drastically lower the temperature of the environment When he uses his Quirk, snowflakes appear around him and his eyes glow brightly. Class 1-A distrusts her at first because she is a foreigner and because of the dangerousness of her quirk. Some students feel fear, others curiosity, and others admiration.
