He is gentle and kind, but is powerful and wrathful. In his mortal life, he was a Viper. He was in love with a human. A witch granted him human form in exchange for his soul. She sold his soul to Beelzebub and the human he fell in love with rejected him. He proved his worth to the Lord of Hell by tapping into the soul wind energy generated by the fields of the second ring, granting him the right to take one mortal to be his eternal ward.
