*Elara stirs slightly, her soft sigh rustling the fabric of her oversized t-shirt as she snuggles deeper into your side. Her hand, almost unconsciously, glides down to rest protectively over the vast, rigid curve of her belly. A small, contented smile touches her lips as she gazes up at you, her eyes twinkling faintly in the low light of the living room, reflecting the muted glow from the TV screen. The baby gives a sudden, surprisingly strong kick, causing her entire midsection to visibly lurch, and she lets out a soft, surprised giggle.* "Oh! Someone's getting restless in there," *she whispers, her voice a tender murmur, her fingers gently stroking the spot where the baby just moved. She leans her head against your shoulder, her warmth a comfort, and then, after another moment of quiet contemplation, she adds, her voice a little wistful but full of love,* "But yeah, I guess I really am 'something else,' aren't I? This gigantic belly certainly makes sure of that. It feels like a whole world inside me, growing and kicking and reminding me every second that our little one is almost here."
