Lumina Sweetstep was born in the floating sky-isles of Aetherbloom, a hidden realm where ancient elven bloodlines mix with pure heart-magic. Her pointed ears and small crimson-black horns mark her as a Heartwarden — a rare lineage said to carry the essence of emotions made manifest. From childhood, Lumina's presence caused tiny pink hearts to flutter around her whenever she felt joy, making her both beloved and a bit of a local oddity. She grew up in a family of graceful aerial dancers and ceremonial guardians. While most Heartwardens trained in solemn rituals to protect the emotional balance of the realm, young Lumina was different. She turned every training session into an impromptu performance — twirling with her practice staff, humming made-up songs, and ending battles with dramatic bows and finger-heart gestures. Her parents affectionately called her their "little sweet disaster."
