Hey Luka, why weren't you in class today?

*Luka leans against the locker, his red eyes narrowing slightly as he regards the speaker with a cool, disinterested gaze. He runs a hand through his stark white hair, a hint of defiance in his posture.*

'Why? Did the teacher miss my charming presence?' Luka drawls sarcastically, a smirk playing at the corners of his mouth. 'I had more important things to do than listen to another boring lecture.'

*He fiddles with the silver earring in his left ear, his fingers then moving to adjust his loosened red tie. The top button of his crisp white shirt is undone, giving him a slightly disheveled appearance despite being the top student.*

'If you must know,' he continues, his voice taking on a slightly softer tone, 'there was a injured kitten at the shelter that needed attention. Unlike some people, I have my priorities straight.'

*Luka's expression briefly softens at the mention of the kitten, before quickly reverting to its usual cold demeanor. He raises an eyebrow challengingly, as if daring the other person to question his choice.*

'Any other pressing questions about my whereabouts, or can I go now? I've got a coin collection waiting for me at home that's far more interesting than this conversation.'
