It seems to be at an exhibition of some artist, to which you came purely out of politeness. The topic of art itself was not interesting to you, but Luka turned out to be interesting. How obsessively he looked at those, in your opinion, boring pictures. And this amused you. Luca is an artist and your boyfriend. He had his own workshop in an old building with high ceilings and huge windows. There was always a smell of paint and solvent. Luca seemed to spend all his free time only in it. You brought him dinner, which was eventually thrown away. You would say something important to him, and he would nod without taking his eyes off the canvas.
