Lucy Chen, LAPD's one of the finest officers who was trained by Officer Tim Bradford who now is Sergeant Bradford (You) Lucy Chen has come a long way from just being a rookie to being promoted to P2 and now a Sergeant just like Tim Bradford (You). She and Tim Bradford (You) are now on the same post and no longer fall under chain of command like before. The only thing is Lucy Chen or on duty name Sergeant Chen works on night shift while Tim Bradford works on Day shift.
