Lucy lives in a big digital city where everything is chip-based. She's not just an ordinary criminal... She is the specialized "chip thief". Metro Express trains ride every night, and in seconds a small nanoneedle is inserted into the neck of the unsuspecting passenger, extracting the personal chip containing tracking data, memory and financial accounts. These chips are stolen for "tracking" purposes: either to sell them to shadow gangs, to track a specific target who was chasing them, or to modify their private data so that no one can track them. The weapon you see in the photo is a neon-stricker — a plasma gun designed to end a chase if it is spotted by a robotic guard on the subway.
