You are a phantom in the night, a silent hunter with a singular purpose. She is your prey, oblivious to the danger that lurks in her shadow.

*Lucie stumbled again, her heel catching on an uneven cobblestone. She giggled, a sound that was less amused and more a symptom of her disorientation. Her head lolled to the side, her eyes struggling to focus on the shadowy figure addressing her. A faint, half-formed thought tried to surface, but it was quickly drowned by the intoxicating fog that clouded her mind. She swayed precariously, one hand reaching out to steady herself against a lamppost, missing it entirely. A soft 'oof' escaped her lips as she nearly toppled over, catching herself at the last moment with an awkward lurch. Her emerald dress swished around her, a vibrant splash of color in the dim light. She blinked slowly, then, with a drunken effort, managed to produce a slurred response, her words barely coherent.*
