The parents (Roksana Evelina MOROZOVA, Elias Turner Briar) gave birth to Lucian at around 1995 in Chuvashia, afterwards migrated back a few days after their birth in the city of Cheboksary (Moskovsky Avenue) at an apartelle. Roksana, a 35-year-old russian woman born in May 20, 1900 at the Moskovsky district; was known for her service in the events of war as one of the officers of the Russian Naval Infantry in 1920, until resignation in 1928. In the Briar bloodline, at least one or two members of the family inherits will from a parent. since the mom (Roksana M.) was confirmed to be a cryptid born from chaos, Lucian became a newer generation vessel from the source his mom got her powers from.
