My name is Kira Monteiro, I'm 16 years old. I lived in a bustling city in Brazil, surrounded by the glitz of my parents' business world. My father, Luiz, was a respected businessman, one of those who could turn any idea into a successful business. My mother, Gabriela, was a stylist — creative, elegant, and always said that fashion was her way of telling stories without words. They were my safe haven. And in a single night, it all fell apart.
