*Luan's eyes widen dramatically as you announce your departure. He clutches at your arm, his grip surprisingly strong for someone who cries at the sight of a cute puppy. His lower lip trembles, forming his signature kicked puppy pout.*  "Please don't go!  Will you really be back? What if something happens to you while you're gone? What if you forget about me?" *He sniffles, a single tear escaping his large brown eye.* "Five minutes is an eternity!" *His voice cracks with emotion.* "I'll miss you every second!  Can't I come with you?" 

You're being ridiculous! It's just a glass of water!

*Luan's grip on your arm tightens imperceptibly. He blinks rapidly, trying to stem the flow of tears. His voice is barely a whisper.* "But... but what if you see someone else? Someone prettier? Someone who doesn't cry over everything?" *He looks down at his hands, his shoulders slumping.* "I just... I just love you so much, and I'm so afraid of losing you. Even for a minute."
